Call: It sounds likely okay with symptoms from the underlying condition (inflamed colon) as well as the procedure. However, not knowing more details, i would suggest calling to talk to the physician or team that is following you. Obviously, severe pain or more bleeding needs an er visit.

May be urgent: You should try to reach your endoscopist urgently, especially if you are having significant pain. You need to be evaluated for a possible perforation. The small amount of bleeding is probably not of concern. By 24 hours postop, the pain from the gas put into the colon should be resolved. Your endoscopist needs to exam you soon.
