Colonoscopy.: it is not unusual to have some gassiness and to not yet have had a bowel movement on the second day after a colonoscopy. However, it is not normal to have any bleeding afterwards. If you are having bleeding, you should call the doctor who did your colonoscopy to discuss it. Good luck.
