Eating Disorder: I commend your discipline for diet for 2 months. Thinking that “I can’t stop eating”, you are giving power to food over yourself, and you are making yourself a victim. Change your thinking to-“I am the captain over my thoughts, feelings and behaviors about food.” See a Therapist for reasons to overeat -Taste, pleasure, loneliness, frustration, boredom; and to improve physical and emotional health
