Im trying to lose weight. light workouts diet change. i now stop eating at about 530 but i go to bed relatively late. midnight at the earliest. i get very hungry towards the end of the day. but i think its just from the change. or is 5 too early?

Exercise and reduction in intake of food are essential for losing weight. Being hungry is unpleasant but it suggests that you are doing it right. It is good to not eat after 5 pm. Wish you good health!
