I was fasting for 30 days for ramadan &sexually inactive for the past 2 yrs.i was on a calorie deficit as well.i am also training hard for the past 10 months while sticking to diet.now i am feeling hungry all the time &cant seem to stop eating junk?

You will want to consider what constitutes for you a healthy diet with appropriate nutrients: protein, calcium, fiber, carbohydrates. A varied diet of unprocessed food is helpful. Then look over the diet and see if it is appealing! www.myplate.gov has resources to help build a healthy diet
