I start a diet by eating healthy but now i suffer from bloating should i stop eating whole grain n.b i dont suffer from git infection or celiac diseas?

Adjustment: It may take your body a few weeks to adjust to the change in diet. Try taking some probiotics to help with the bloating. Most of the time your symptoms will improve within a month. Hang in there - a healthy diet is worth a little bloating!
