Infection ?: If the deep cavity continues to rot your tooth, the nerve will die. Bacteria will travel through your tooth, into your bone. You will probably get an abscess. You will probably be in unbearable pain. You might get swollen. You may go to the er. You will suffer a lot, and in the end, you will need to the same thing... Have your tooth extracted by a dentist.

Pain / Infection: Many things, as the other docs have answered, all of them bad. See the oral surgeon and get the tooth out. Ask about 'socket preservation' and an implant later. At your age it is critical to keep back tooth areas functioning and supporting the front teeth. Good luck.
