How long does it take invisalign to make tighter retainers? its been 7 weeks and dental office tells me retainers are in manufacture state

Not 7 weeks: There may be an issue with the impressions that your dental office is unaware of. The office should be able to contact Invisalign directly through their internet portal or by phone to determine the cause of the delay. You can always try calling Invisalign yourself.
