Can you tell me docs, is baking soda bad for your teeth?

It's not great: Baking soda is abrasive. It is effective in cleaning the surface of your teeth. However, you wear the surface of your teeth as you use it frequently, especially if you brush hard. There is no reason to use abrasives on your teeth - toothpaste has plenty of abrasive particles in it already.

Baking soda: It used to be used in the 1800s and still is today- it can be a bit abrasive and may taste strange but it will work..
