How can you get the benefits of Fluoride in toothpaste when brushing your teeth if you are rinsing mouth off with water immediately after brushing.
I use waterpik,floss,tongue scraper,interdental brush,fluoride toothpaste everyday, Dental checkup every 6 months and still get cavities eventho I dont know how i can be more thorough with cleaning my teeth.. My teeth are a little thin. Pls advice?
