Can you tell me docs, is bleaching your teeth the same thing as whitening your teeth?

Yes: Both terms have been used. I personally don't like the term bleaching, since it implies that you're using bleach (chlorox) to get the stains out. What you are doing is "whitening" your teeth.. It leaves the active ingredient out of the description. You'd be surprised how many posters on this forum ask if they can use chlorox to bleach their teeth.
