24 hours: The dentist should be the one to remove them the next day. They should check for healing, clotting, and pressure / sore spots, as well as fit. Adjustments as needed then and over the next 1 - 4 weeks. Rinse only gently for the first 2 -3 days, so you don't wash out the clots. See your dentist for follow-up right away. Good luck.

At least one hour: The dentures should be left in for at least one hour after the extractions to place pressure on the extraction sites and stop bleeding. However, there is also a potential issue of swelling and once removed you may not be able to put the dentures back in. You should not sleep in the dentures in any event. And you should probably not leave the dentures in more than couple of hours before cleaning.

After 24 hours: remove your denture to clean it, rinse out your mouth and replace the denture.
