Appointments: A certain amount of time is given for each hygiene appointment. In this amount of time the procedures can usually be completed. If you want to spend more time with the hygienist, express your desire to the receptionist and let them know that you are willing to pay more for the visit since you will be spending more time. I'm sure you can be accommodated.

Hygienist: If you have a dental/gum problem, call office and schedule more frequent cleanings. Know, however, that your Dental Insurance will only cover 2 cleanings per year.
