Implant process: This is not regular dentistry. Implants are placed into bone, integrate and then are restored with 'caps' bridges, etc. With good bone height quality and quantity, about 4-5 months. Ad 100 days or more if more new bone needs to be grown in your mouth.

3 appointments only: The first appointment is a surgical placement of the Implant. Second: is a impression for the permanent restoration. Third is the delivery of the final restoration. Dental implants look and feel like natural teeth and are permanent.

Dental implant: Typically you have the implant placed and have to wait 3-6 months for the bone to heal around the implant (or integrate). Your dentist will decide how much time is needed for integration of the implant. It also depends on the location and type of bone the implant is placed in. Then you come in and have an impression taken. Once the impression is taken, then it takes 2-3 weeks for the crown.
