Can you feel lymph nodes in pocket above collar bone? i'm a hypochondriac, and have been feeling around deep in this area. have to lean forward and really feel around to find it. scared of lymphoma.

If you don't find: Your lymph nodes that is good. Encourage you to stop torturing yourself. Clearly you are driving your own anxiety levels up.

Swelling: There are lymph nodes in that area. I recommend you palpate the area weekly. A lymphoma will get bigger and be nontender, but more spongy.

Answer simple,: See your pcp for examination. Physician will help with your anxiety!
