There are many things that can cause this, including a condition called sarcoidosis. Do you have any symptoms like fever, night sweats, weight loss, shortness of breath, etc.? You likely need to see a lung specialist as you will need tests to find out the diagnosis. You may be able to get the enlarged lymph node biopsied to diagnose what the issue is or you may need a bronchoscopy with biopsies.
