Any: Lymphoma can involve any lymph node region. The size is variable from normal (< 2 cm) to "huge". There are over 40 subtypes of lymphoma and individual variation in every case.

Any: Any group of lymph nodes can be involved by lymphoma. Some of the more commonly involved lymph node groups include cervical (neck), supraclavicular (above the collarbone), axillary (armpit), inguinal (groin), and mediastinal (inside the chest cavity) lymph nodes. The size is variable.
