Need evaluation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, iron deficiency alone in a women who menstruates would not be of much concern, but enlarged lymph nodes warrant investigation. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

If i feel really good on my left collar bone I can feel all of my lymph nodes there. I wouldn't say they are swollen. But they feel like flat bbs. I started feeling cause of slight pain in the area. I do have 2 infected teeth one is wisdom tooth.
