If i feel really good on my left collar bone i can feel all of my lymph nodes there. i wouldn't say they are swollen. but they feel like flat bbs. i started feeling cause of slight pain in the area. i do have 2 infected teeth one is wisdom tooth.

Question ?: You didn't really ask a question. Those infected teeth as well as any other dental issues should be immediately taken care of. Pain on your left collar bone may or may not be related to a spreading infection from those teeth, but does it really matter? Treat those teeth and if the problem persists in your collar bone, see your physician.

Lymph nodes: Swollen lymph nodes mean that they are actively trying to prevent spread of infection. Any infection requires immediate treatment. Please see your Dentist immediately. Infected teethed not self-cure. They only get worse and spread to other organ systems.
