Pain: Nope. There would be nothing a physician would do for this unless there were other symptoms. Drinking too much is very hard on a healthy body. I cannot imagine why one would drink at all when they were ill with an illness with so many symptoms like mono. Mono is already causing fatigue, aches and pains and dehydration. Drinking alcohol when one is ill represents alcoholic behavior.
