In august 2019 i was diagnosed with mono and it is now february 15, 2020 and i still feel horrible. i have thyroid hashimotos also. the doctor took my bloodwork again and my mono level is still the same at 86. i am concerned because my left side hurts

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if the current doctor is not helpful it is appropriate to consult a different one. Wish you good health!
