Not likely AIDS.: Your labs tests are rather non specific but certainly do not suggest AIDS. Trouble urinating is not normal for your age group and I think I would start investigation of your symptoms there. If you are concerned about AIDS you should be screened for HIV AND the usual STD suspects.

To ER: Your white count is higher than I like to see.I'm not sure how your total protein was measured. Here it is usually gm/dl. I think some of your symptoms could be anxiety-related, but with such a high white count, it is probably time to seek help at an urgent care or ER, especially if you have no way of measuring your own blood pressure right now. Please go seek help and have your hiv tested as well
