Weekend eating: Good that you know the high risk times for your eating. Please don't have junk food in the house. Ask your doc about a low carb / higher protein diet. It can help you get rid of cravings. The higher good fat in this food plan will create a feeling of satiety. Good fats include things such as olive oil and coconut oil. Peace and good health.
