CONSULT A DIETICIAN: I will recommend you physician first and get checked.Your weight;height and bmi.Your blood test to check your sugar, cholesterol and thyroid tests. Next set a goal as to how much you need to loose over how long period, and be realistic, no short cut.Consult a nutrishnist.Diet has to be low calorie, avoid simple sugars and low carb diet, low in polysaturated fat and exercise programme at least 3to4/week.
