Eating: Most people struggle with eating habits their whole life. Either they're overweight trying to lose or underweight trying to gain. The same healthy boring diet everyday can be a stress also. Some people recommend a healthy diet 5 or 6 days in a row followed by a single day of eating however & whatever you want. As long as ur weight is acceptable and u exercise and drink plenty of water sounds ok.
