Build coping skills: Once you have seen a physician and ruled out medical conditions that may cause anxiety, you might want to see a behavioral or c.B. Therapist for coping skills development. Anxiety is unpleasure coupled with anticipation of a loss of some kind. To understand it and overcome it, see a psychodynamic therapist. For self help, try a anxiety workbook, physical exercise, and a self-help group.
