I suffer from emetophobia and get severe panic and anxiety attacks. sometimes medications work but sometimes they dont. i dont like taking anything im not used to because i fear if the side effects. how can i cope or relieve some of the anxiety?

CBT: Don't look for medications to fix all or your problems. If you have not engaged with a good cognitive behavioral therapy provider - than recommend that. The combination of medications with psychotherapy is likely to provide better outcome than medications alone.
