Henna allergy: Not the same as tatoo dye allergy however, most physician's would discourage persons from getting tatoos due to potential infectious complications from this process.

No: Henna is not related to the pigments used in tattooing although one can potentially become allergic to metallic pigments and other dyes used in tattooing.
