I had a really bad henna stain on my inner forearm which i scrubbed my skin really hard with a pumice stone. so, now my skin burns with contact with anything. it is really inflamed and bumpy also. what should i do to heal it and prevent scarring?

Skin abrasion : This is probably abrasion. You can apply a Cortisone cream to decrease inflammation and burning. Henna comes off over time - so do not try to physically remove it as you will erode you skin tissue.
