Tattoo/ pregnant: Probably note, since it's only topical and probably not absorbed systemically into your blood and therefore probably cannot affect baby, but correct answer is nobody can tell you 100% it's perfectly safe for baby -- that's why you basically don't do anything to your body when pregnant including smoking, alcohol, tattoos, or anything else -- biggest advice is quickly tell your OB/Gyn to monitor
