How can i tell if i get anaphylaxis or allergic reaction from tattoo or hair dye if i'm on zyrtec (cetirizine) chronically? also on propranolol.

See below: If you are having no symptoms then you are not having a reaction. If you are prone to severe allergic reactions you may not want to stay on propanolol. Would discuss this issue with your doctor.

They don't: The tattoo pigments and hair dye may cause a contact allergic reaction at the sites but not anaphylaxis.
