Needs attention: Your titers suggest an a broad spectrum of autoimmune disease, i think you need to be evaluated by a rheumatologist and have more testing to be done to identify the cause.

No disease probably: A woman at age 50 may have a low titer ANA without any disease to go with it. Primary fsgs is not associated with positive ana. An elevated C4 is an "acute phase reactant", meaning a protein that can be increased with a variety of diseases. Acute lupus erythematosus is associated with decreased c4. Moderate hypertension and elevated glucose do not explain the findings.
