A member asked:

Hypertension, memory loss, headaches, ++fatigue, rashes, mouthsores, dizziness, ++urination (twice/h), dyspnea for 3 years. ana positive (both hom&speck 1: 1280). ena and anti-dsdna negative. ive been told by rh everything is ok. should i worry?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypertension, mouth sores, urinary frequency plus rashes in the setting of an elevated ANA = probably a rheumatologic condition (SLE, Sjogrens, MCTD, RA, Scleroderma, plus many others) possibly with kidney involvement. Need to see a Rheumatologist soon
