Risk management: Congrats on a healthy lifestyle. Type 2 Diabetes is lifestyle disorder. You lower your risk of that by doing the things you are doing. Hypertension is part lifestyle and part family history. Again, you are keeping that at lower risk. Nothing is as guarantee but lowering the probability is good. Keeping carbs low is best.
