Intriguing : Please have cbct done to evaluate condylar integrity and evaluate for neoplasms. Condyles may have been distracted during ortho rx. Ask orthodontist to take current cephalometric x-ray and compare w pre ; post ortho cephs to evaluate for differential growth.
