Movement of teeth during orthodontic treatment can vary, but it is under the control of your orthodontist. You are describing a deep bite, something that should be eventually corrected. These issues should be addressed with your orthodontist since they know your dentition better than anyone over the internet.

Sounds like the last of your baby teeth were removed before Rx, and then premolars recently because of a tooth-size to bone-size discrepancy. But this is an educational site, not a second opinion site. Cannot answer your questions without examination. Discuss your concerns with the Dentist or Orthodontist that is treating you, or see another Orthodontist for 2nd opinion.
