Any kind of: Prolonged direct pressure on a nerve can cause tingling ( like when your leg falls asleep...It's not what people say " poor circulation").Nerve pressure does that. Tingling toes? First think...Shoes too tight.

Yes: Or you may have a nerve impingement irrespective of what you sleep on. See a neurologist or orthopedic spine surgeon.
