At least 2L: All else being stable with no complicating kidney failure, diabetes, use of diuretics or congestive heart failure you should drink at least enough to replace urinary, digestive and losses from sweat and breathing. If you are urinating 4-5 times per day and it is not concentrated you are probably doing ok, .
