19wks preg.my gct value is 141mg.then gtt values fasting=106mg, 1 hr=177, 2hr=164, 3hr=106mg.am i diabetic? need any medicines or how to control sugar?

Abnormal: These results are abnormal, especially since you are only 19 weeks of gestation. You certainly need to be following a carb restricted diet, and will likely need medication (insulin and/or glyburide) as your pregnancy progresses.
