Probably not: Pregnancy tends to increase Insulin resistance, so if anything, sugars tend to run higher. You should definitely consult with your pcp or ob/gyn if you find your blood sugars running different from normal so that your medications can be adjusted.

Unlikely: Pregnancy often will make women who have normal blood sugars to have elevated glucose levels (pregnancy induced diabetes). So i would assume that someone who already has elevated blood sugars will have even higher glucoses leels during their pregnancy.

Possibly: If you are injecting insulin, get sick, have bad morning sickness, you are at risk for developing hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). Prevent this by checking your blood glucose regularly after exercise, activity, driving, and don't skip meals. Avoid high glycemic foods but keep glucose pills/gel with you at all times just in case. Your ob/mfm should monitor you closely in pregnancy.
