Blood sugars: Those last few weeks of pregnancy are important - not that pregnancy from day 1 isn't - and you must work carefully with your diabetes doctor and the obstetrician. Most women with diabetes, when taken care of, do very well with pregnancy. Best of luck and don't worry too much - just enjoy your new baby.
