Unlikely: Your veins may be promonent in your temple area, but that does not mean that you have ta which is very rare at your age.

No : An aneurysm at your age would be exceedingly rare. More importantly, it wouldn't cause bulging veins on your temples. You're feeling your temporal artery which cause normal pulsation in your temples.
