Diet change, sun: The possible diagnoses include: migraine headache, temporal arteritis. If the temple area feels tender to touch, then you must see your PCP asap. Avoiding gluten, dairy helps improve headaches. Also, take a vitamin D3 10,000 IU/day supplement to reduce inflammation. It'll help both conditions.
