I am 21, i am having a buldging pulsating vein on my left temple with headache and eye pain. i use computers alot.. i had severe headache last night.

Arteries pulsate.: Arteries pulsate and veins do not. However, if a vein is close to the artery, the pulse of the artery will be transmitted to the vein so the vein will look as if it is pulsating. Certainly eye strain can occur when using a computer leading to headaches. I cannot say if the arterial pulsation has anything to do with the headache. If your symptoms persist then follow up with your medical doctor.
