Worth Checking Out: This is probably ok. It is very common to have bulging veins with headaches. However, depending on why you had the craniotomy and exactly where the vein is and what it looks like, there is a small chance that you need additional evaluation. The best bet is to talk to your primary doctor, neurologist, or the surgeon who did the craniotomy.
