Clarify: Veins do not pulsate. Is the temporal artery. If you have hypertension that could explain the prominent pulsation. Temporal arteritis is associated with headaches and polymyalgia rheumatica. Otherwise is normal.

Not Sure: Prominent veins on the temple is common and not serious. It tends to run in families. They are more visible in fit people with fair skin. It is unusual for them to pulsate. I would recommend that you get it checked by a doctor especially if it is associated with a headache.
