Healthier before: Research suggests we burn more fat when exercising before eating. See http://www.Nbcnews.Com/id/37492881/#.Unaszcrrbl8 even if that were not the case i would advise not exercising after eating. It takes a lot of energy for our bodies to properly digest food with a lot of our blood supply going to the GI tract, so exercising at that time tends to impair proper digestion.
