Hard to tell: As far as the burning is concerned, more information is needed to arrived to the diagnosis. ANA 1:640 is a very high titer and is concerning so further work up for inflammatory diseases such as lupus may need to be done. Whether the burning and the titer are related is hard to tell based on the paucity of information presented.
