Anxiety ; depression: 65% of people with anxiety will eventually develop depression and vice versa. So, yes you could have worried yourself into a depressive state. Please seek out mental health treatment as soon as possible. The earlier you get started in treatment the better the outcome. See your family doctor to have any physical causes ruled out. Then contact either a psychiatrist or psychologist for further treatment. Do not forget to exercise, eat a balanced diet, and in general to takegood care of yourself.Don't forget alternative medicine options as well such as yoga, meditation, acupuncture, andover-the-counter options if your physician agrees that they would be reasonable.
