See your doctor: The safest thing to do is to be examined by your doctor. If there is anying abnormal he/she can order studies to see what is wrong.

Very doubtful: Als is a disease of older people, and EMG fasciculations are often of little significance or due to a variety of benign problems. Your symptoms need attention, but, based on your description, a motor neuron disease category would not explain it.
